1. Pets are not to be kept outside of a Town Home or in the Garage.
2. Pets are always to be leashed and accompanied by a Town Home resident when outside.
3. Pet owners must immediately clean up after pets.
a. Animal excrement is a health risk, see “10 reasons to Clean Up After Your Pet”!
b. Owners of units housing pets that fail to cleanup after their animal will be fined according to the fee schedule for every failure to cleanup.
4. Only two (2) pets are allowed per unit.
5. The Management Committee may require a pet to be permanently removed from the property if it is deemed by the same committee to be a nuisance.
The CC&Rs state “Pets are not to be kept outside of a Town Home or in the Garage. Any pet that is outside of a Town Home must be on a leash and accompanied by a resident of a Town Home. The Town Home owner is responsible for cleaning up after the pet.” (Article V Section 18)
also “Dogs, cats, birds and fish are allowed as pets so long as the same are housed in the Town Home and not outside the Town Home or in the garage. The total number of pets per Town Home is limited to two (2). No other animals/pets are to be raised, bred or kept in any Town Home or in the Common Areas or Limited Common Areas without the prior written approval of the Management Committee. Except as set forth in Article V. Section 18, all animals/pets shall be kept out of the common areas. If the pet becomes a nuisance to other owners, the pet owner shall remove the pet from property within ten (10) days of written notice from the Committee or its representative.” (Article VI Section 9)
