Town Home owners may request permission from the Management Committee to maintain and plant in established beds immediately adjacent to their unit.
a. Upon approval the requesting unit will be responsible for maintenance of the bed and all its contents in perpetuity or until at the discretion of the Management Committee the HOA resumes maintenance.
b. Beds maintained by a Town Home must be kept clean, neat and orderly or the Town Home maintaining the bed will be subject to fees and or have permission to maintain the bed revoked with or without notice by the Management Committee.
c. The Management Committee may establish a list of Town Homes who are maintaining their own beds and make efforts during regular maintenance to not disturb a Town Home’s self-maintained bed(s). This is not a guarantee and does not preclude the Management Committee from resuming maintenance of a bed.
Planting outside of established beds is forbidden unless approval is obtained from the Management Committee.
