1. Only guests can park in the parking lot. All guests must call the number or visit the website displayed on
parking permit signs to request a permit for overnight parking.
a. Guest parking lot permit enforcement begins at Midnight and ends at 7:00 am.
b. Permits to park in guest parking are required seven days a week.
c. All vehicles parked in guest parking during those hours must have obtained a Guest Parking permit.
d. Residents are not allowed to park in guest parking between Midnight and 7:00 am for any reason.
e. Guest Permits are issued for a maximum of 14 days a year per vehicle.
f. Any vehicle found to have obtained a Guest Permit in excess of the 14 days per year maximum will be
booted and charged the full removal fee.
g. It is the responsibility of the guest to keep track of the number of days a Guest Permit for their vehicle
has been issued.
2. No parking of any vehicle regardless of type outside of designated parking spaces. More specifically but not
limited to; no parking behind garages, in the alley ways (they are fire lanes) or on the grass or back patios.
a. Service vehicles are allowed parking in lanes during business hours. They need their company logo
displayed on the vehicle.
b. While moving in or out notify the booting company so that you can park a moving vehicle behind the
garage.
The CC&Rs state “The committee shall have the authority to designate approved parking areas and enact restrictions to parking within the common roads and any driveway in the Project. Town Home owners shall use their garages for parking and shall not park in guest parking. Without limiting the generality of such authority no recreational vehicles, boats, campers or trucks larger than a standard pickup truck, shall be parked or stored on a road, driveway or in front of any home within the Project, excepting due to emergencies or while making deliveries.” (Article IV Section 13)
